Jamie Foxx recently opened up about his health scare during a one-man show in Atlanta called “One More Chance: An Evening with Jamie Foxx.” This was his first time back on stage since the incident. Foxx expressed his gratitude to the people of Atlanta, especially Piedmont Hospital, for helping him recover and allowing him to do what he loves the most.
He shared details of his health scare, mentioning that it all began with a bad headache on April 11 last year. He couldn’t remember anything and was gone for 20 days. His daughter and sister took him to different doctors in Atlanta, and after a series of tests, they found something was wrong. Although he didn’t reveal the exact nature of his medical condition, his daughter, Corinne Foxx, assured fans that he was on the path to recovery.
Despite the health scare, Jamie Foxx has a busy schedule ahead with eight projects lined up for the future. He recently completed filming for “Back in Action,” where he stars alongside Cameron Diaz. The film is set to be released on Netflix in January. Production for the movie had to be halted temporarily when Foxx fell ill, but it resumed with a body double until he was well enough to return to set.
Foxx’s resilience and determination to get back to work after his health scare are truly inspiring. His fans are eagerly awaiting his upcoming projects and are thrilled to see him back on stage doing what he loves. We wish Jamie Foxx continued health and success in his future endeavors.
