Kenneth J. Allison, a retired Major from the US Army, passed away on October 31, 2024, in St. Augustine, Florida at the age of 73. He was born on July 27, 1951, in Liberty, Texas. Kenneth was a proud graduate of Liberty High School and Texas A&M University. He dedicated twenty years of his life to serving in the US Army until his retirement in 1989.

Kenneth was deeply loved and will be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Florence Allison, as well as two sisters, Margaret Williams and Magdalen Hawkins, and two brothers, Dennis Allison and David Allison. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Allison, of St. Augustine, Florida.

In addition to his wife, Kenneth is survived by his two daughters, Becky Allison of Ashburn, Virginia, and Jenni Borden (Garrett) of Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also survived by two stepdaughters, Kimberly Hermanson of Gainesville, Virginia, and Carole Gray of Ashburn, Virginia, as well as stepson Kevin Mahoney of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Kenneth is also survived by his sister-in-law, Mary Ann Allison of Liberty, Texas, sisters Liz Allen (J.H) of College Station, Texas, Nancy Scull (Walter) of LaVernia, Texas, Ruth Ann Person (Stephen) of Conroe, Texas, and a brother, Tim Allison (Pat) of Liberty, Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, cousins, and many friends.

Memorial services for Kenneth J. Allison will be held in St. Augustine at a later date to honor and remember his life and legacy. Kenneth leaves behind a cherished memory and a lasting impact on all who knew him. His dedication to his country and his family will always be remembered.
