The reopening of bars and restaurants have stagnated over the last few weeks, with 84% of establishments that have been recovered activity and a sector that has lost 25% of sales that was a year ago. As reflected in the weekly study that made the “Observatory of the Desescalada in Bars and Restaurants in Spain”, based on the data handled by the employers of companies of distribution, catering establishments (Fedishoreca) and released yesterday.
