Apple’s HomePod mini has been released in three new colors in the UK.
Shoppers will be able now to choose from a variety of orange, yellow, and blue HomePod minis in addition to the standard black and white colors.
Apple unveiled the HomePod mini in 2020. The smart speaker produces amazing sound and offers a world-class assistant, Siri. This personal experience is delivered to every member of the household.
It will be able to compete with the Amazon Echo Dot and other devices like the Google home products.
Bob Borchers (Apple’s vice president for Worldwide Product Marketing) described the HomePod mini at the time as the “ultimate smart speaker”.
He stated that the HomePod mini was the best smart speaker for any Apple device.
It works seamlessly with iPhone to answer calls or hand off music.
“It packs a lot of Apple innovation into a small speaker at an affordable price.”
The HomePod mini’s three new models, the orange, yellow and blue, all feature colour-matched woven power cables. There is also a white Apple sticker inside the box.
Apple stated that the new colours would be available in the UK at the end of November. The UK Apple website is currently accepting orders. Other retailers such as John Lewis and Currys are expected to follow Apple’s lead.
Delivery to the UK will be available as soon as Thursday, November 25, and in-store pickup starting Friday, for example.
