Fans have been treated to an excellent line-up in the first round of acts at the long-awaited return to the music festival.
Longitude 2022 has revealed some of the big names who will be performing at Marlay Park this Summer.
The Doja Cats, Dave, A$AP Rocky and Megan Thee Stallion are the first headliners to be announced Monday afternoon.
This first wave of acts also includes Denise Chaila and Polo G.
Marlay Park welcomes Longitude for summer 2022. It will be starting on Friday, July 1, and ending on Sunday, July 3.
This year’s festival tickets will be available for purchase via ticketmaster. Day tickets cost EUR99.50 and weekend tickets EUR239.50.
Longitude tickets will be available to three customers before the rest. Pre-sales tickets go on Wednesday, February 2, at 9 a.m.
Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, Tyler The Creator and A$AP Rocky were all expected to headline the festival last year, which was cancelled because of public health concerns.
Along with every other arts-related and cultural industry, the music industry suffered huge losses during the pandemic. It’s exciting to see the many music festivals, concerts, and cultural events that will be back on our radar in the months ahead.
Hot Chip, Lorde, Hot Chip and Kojaque will all be present at this years’s Forbidden fruit, which takes place during the June Bank Holiday weekend.
