On Monday morning, the actor met with Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb to discuss her role as an actor in “And Just Like That …”” and her professional success.
Hoda asked Hoda a question during the interview: Does she feel like she’s making a big stride in her 50s?
“I feel like there is a moment in your life when you think to yourself, “I can’t believe that I’m still moving upward.” Is there a time when you feel like you are reaching a peak? She asked.
Choudhury could not agree more.
You think your moment will (come when) you are 35, 37, or 40. She said, “To have it now is kind of happy cuz i know what i want.” “I want to travel, I want to make my daughter happy; I only want the basics. It’s a great time.
He plays Seema Patel, a character she has quickly made a fan favorite. She was initially nervous about joining the cast, particularly since Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Sarah Jessica Parker have been friends for so many years.
It was almost like going to a new high-school and being afraid of the mean cheerleaders. They were very nice cheerleaders and I didn’t get it. “When was that going to happen?” I asked. She said.
Choudhury was close to all her co-stars but Parker showed a special interest.
“Sarah Jessica took me in. She observed me closely. She said that she thought she recognized my shyness and was going to take care of her.
The HBO Max series has been loved by fans for its stunning wardrobe. But, it turns out Choudhury isn’t as fashion-conscious in real life. Choudhury, who describes herself as a “T-shirt-and-jeans” gal, initially wasn’t sure why she was chosen to star in the series.
“I was like, “Why me?” “Do you really know who I am in real life?” She said.
Choudhury was drawn to the character and says that her experience on set has influenced her fashion choices in real life.
She said, “I became addicted to wearing heels and beautiful outfits.” You can experiment, have fun and discover your own personality by doing that.”
