After Julie Snyder, Marie-Mai and Cœur de Pirate, it is the turn of actress Christine Beaulieu to have a series on renovations. During the 2023-2024 season, it will be at the heart of six episodes that will be posted online in the VÉRO.TV section of ICITOU.TV EXTRA.
Christine Beaulieu will undertake renovations on the ground floor of a triplex she shares in co-ownership in Montreal. In addition to redoing her kitchen, she will transform her shed into a veranda.
The particularity of her project: the author and interpreter of J’aime Hydro and star of the series L’œil du cyclone wants to carry out “green” renovations, that is to say, to recover as many materials as possible when demolition, throwing away as few materials as possible, lowering its carbon footprint and using the best materials for the environment and health.
The actress will be surrounded in particular by the architect Pierre Thibault, the ecologist co-founder of Ecohabitation, Emmanuel Cosgrove, the kitchen designer of At Height of Men, Louis-Philippe Pratte, the landscapers of Nouveaux Voisins, Émile Forest and Philippe Asselin, the creator of Botté, Philippe Charlebois and the ceramist Marilyn Champagne.
