Our ball stars enter the competition. From July 20 to August 20, 2023, the 9th edition of the Women’s Football World Cup will be held in Australia and New Zealand. A great sporting event in which our Bleues are among the favorite teams and hope to finish in first place in their group F.
This Sunday, July 23, 2023, the France team faces the selection of Jamaica in Sydney for their first match in the Football World Cup. For their second match to be held in Brisbane, our players will face off on Saturday July 29 in Brazil. Finally, the daughters of coach Hervé Renard will end their group stage with a third meeting against Panama on Tuesday August 2 in Sydney.
Will our Blues come out on top of their group? How far will they go in the competition? Will they glean a first star on their shirt and bring home the cup, like their male counterparts in 2018, next August?
Before following the course of our team this summer, Planet invites you to review the workforce of the France team. Discover in pictures the 23 sportswomen, stars of French and foreign clubs, selected for the international football competition.
