At least 16 people were killed in a fire at a leisure facility in India on Saturday.
Most of the victims were children, authorities said after the accident in Rajkot in the western Indian state of Gujarat. District official Prabhav Joshi told the AFP news agency that 16 people had died in the fire in the busy facility and nine injured people had been taken to hospital. The number of victims could rise.
