Niclas M. reports illegal parkers and traffic offenders. But now he has been convicted himself.
The 18-year-old Niclas M. from Gräfenhainichen, known as the “chief reporter” for his regular reports against illegal parkers and traffic offenders, has been sentenced in court, reports “Bild”.
He was found guilty of incitement. The internet star is said to have shared forbidden content in a class chat during his school days, according to Bild. M. is said to have called for the death of people who do not get vaccinated.
Although Niclas M. denied the allegations in court, the juvenile judge concluded that he had published the criminal posts. The Dessau-Roßlau public prosecutor’s office had charged him on the basis of these allegations.
According to “t-online”, Niclas M. was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and a fine of 1,000 euros. Since he was still a minor at the time of the crime, the trial was held behind closed doors, which was confirmed by the presiding judge Frank Straube. Niclas M. did not comment on the verdict when asked by “Bild” and “t-online”.
Since Niclas M. became famous for his hobby this year, he has not only received positive feedback. Just recently, he was punched in the face by a man in a parking lot. But M. remains unimpressed by the incident. He says: “I never let things like that stop me, I will always keep going.”
