On Thursday, a failure of the boarding system at airports prevented Lufthansa passengers from departing in an orderly manner. The company has since been able to resolve the problem.

Several travelers reported the outage to FOCUS online, and a spokesperson for Munich Airport was able to confirm the problems. It was a worldwide problem.

However, there were no delays in flights or the procedures surrounding them at Munich Airport.

According to Lufthansa, the boarding system problem has now been resolved and the airline does not expect any further restrictions for passengers.
