Oppo Reno 12, Reno 12 Pro Specifications and Design Leaked Ahead of Debut
Oppo’s upcoming Reno 12 Pro and standard Reno 12 models are set to launch globally, including in India. A recent leak by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has revealed the specifications and design of both smartphones in the Reno 12 series. The leaked images suggest curved displays and flat edges for the handsets, similar to the models released in China last month.
The standard Reno 12 is rumored to feature a curved display on the left and right edges, while the Reno 12 Pro is said to have a display with four curved edges. Both models will come with a triple rear camera setup and flat edges, as shown in the leaked renders. The phones will sport a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ 3D AMOLED screen, powered by a Dimensity 7300-Energy SoC from MediaTek. They will also feature Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, and run on Android 14-based ColorOS 14.1.
The cameras on the Reno 12 series are expected to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The standard model will have a 32-megapixel front camera, while the Pro variant will come with a 50-megapixel telephoto lens for selfies. Both phones will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support, promising a full charge in 46 minutes.
Stay tuned for the official launch date of the Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro, as they make their way to global markets, including India.
