SLS, a luxury hospitality group, recently introduced its first residential project in Madrid, marking its brand debut in Europe. The SLS Madrid Infantas Residences is set to be completed by early 2026 and is located in the vibrant Justicia district of Madrid. The building, originally constructed in the 1920s and designed by Spanish architect Eduardo Sanchez Eznarriaga, was once the residence of writer Enrique Jardiel Poncela.
The project will offer 33 residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses. Designed by Studio Carter, the homes will range from 1,657 to 2,669 square feet, with prices starting at $1.6 million. Residents will have access to a range of amenities such as a lounge, communal board room, screening room, library, fitness studio, and a wine cellar with a tasting room. The rooftop terrace will feature a swimming pool, yoga platform, and meditation zone.
Buyers at SLS Madrid Infantas Residences can also opt for on-demand lifestyle services at an additional cost, including a personal stylist and private jeweler. The property is expected to attract buyers seeking high-quality residential properties in Madrid, with Knight Frank Spain’s head of residential, Carlos Zamora, highlighting the city’s stability and positive economic outlook.
This project marks SLS’s third standalone residential venture, with plans for a property in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah enclave in the pipeline. The combination of SLS’s renowned quality and the prime location in Madrid’s Justicia district is expected to appeal to buyers looking for luxury living in the heart of the Spanish capital.
