Mauricio Lyrio, secretary of Economic Affairs at the Brazilian Foreign Ministry, speculated that Bolsonaro’s speech on June 14 will touch upon how these issues align with Brazil’s presidency of the G20. He highlighted Brazil’s objectives in the digital economy, energy transition, and peace promotion.
Additionally, it was confirmed that Bolsonaro will meet with Pope Francis during his visit to Italy. This meeting is expected to further discussions on global challenges and cooperation between Brazil and the Vatican.
