On Wednesday evening, a 15-year-old girl is said to have been kidnapped and sexually abused in Gelsenkirchen. The police are urgently looking for witnesses.
The girl from Gelsenkirchen filed a report with the police in Essen on Wednesday. She said that she had been waiting for a friend at a bus stop on Kranefeldstrasse in the Nordsternpark area in Gelsenkirchen after school at around 12 noon. Then a white van pulled up next to her, two men got out and forced her into the car.
After a long journey, the young woman was first sexually assaulted by the two men in a house in an unknown location. After another trip in Essen, the two unknown men let her out of the car on Hollestrasse. The two men were dressed in black and wore balaclavas. Both spoke German with an Arabic accent.
According to the girl, the car drove quickly and unsafely during the erratic journey. Other road users noticed this and honked. The license plate of the unknown vehicle could read in part “CUX-HH” or “CUX-HK”.
The police are therefore looking for witnesses who were at the bus stop in Horst during the period in question and those who noticed the white vehicle in the Gelsenkirchen and Essen area between Wednesday (June 19) 12 noon and 7.30 p.m. Please contact the Criminal Investigation Department 11 on 0209 365 7112 or the Criminal Investigation Department on 0209 365 8240.
