(London) Andy Murray will be at the Paris Games this summer, having been selected to represent Great Britain at the Olympics for a fifth time.

Murray, who announced in February his plans to retire from the sport at the end of the year, earned a spot despite being ranked 97th in the world because he is a former major champion and Olympic gold medalist.

The British team also indicated that 2021 U.S. Open champion Emma Raducanu declined an invitation. She cited surface changes in the coming weeks and the fact that she is returning from a long absence due to injury as the reason.

Jack Draper, Cameron Norrie, Dan Evans and Katie Boulter will complete the British team at the Paris Games. The tennis competition will be presented on clay at the French Open site.
