Salt is the title of the fourth album by Montreal band Half Moon Run, which has been announced for release on June 2.
This announcement is accompanied by a second extract, Alco, composed from a riff born in 2012 from a ukulele that Devon Portielje bought while traveling in Thailand.
Captivating melody galvanized by the vocal harmonies of the three members of the group completed by Conner Molander and Dylan Phillips: we recognize the musical DNA of the trio more than on the first extract You Can Let Go.
Half Moon Run has a busy schedule until its two sold-out shows at the MTelus in December.
This summer, we can see the trio in Quebec on July 6 at the Soif de Musique festival in Cowansville and the next day at the Festi-Voix in Trois-Rivières. Otherwise, Half Moon Run will perform in Europe and all over North America.
