The Online trading portal Ebay, has sued Amazon, because the big competitor wanted for allegedly poaching illegally Top-seller. Employees of Amazon should have exploited over the years EBay’s messaging System, in order to attract successful traders on the platform. This is evident from the on Wednesday at a court in Santa Clara, California, submitted statement of claim.
According to Ebay, it was a broad conspiracy. Starting in 2015, dozens of Amazon have opened, therefore, representatives of Ebay accounts and trying to move through the E-Mail System for members of the Internet trading place “many hundreds” of sellers products in Amazon. The abuse was systematic and co-ordinated with the aim to harm Ebay.
As the news agencies AP and Reuters reports, not want to Amazon Express on demand to the lawsuit.
