Air Canada Reveals Special Olympic Livery and Ambassadors

Air Canada made a stunning announcement on Thursday morning in Toronto, unveiling a special livery for Team Canada Olympians and Paralympians. This move comes as part of the airline’s renewed commitment as the Official Airline of Team Canada.

“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees as Team Canada’s Official Airline until 2030, including the upcoming Paris 2024 Games,” stated Michael Rousseau, President and CEO of Air Canada. “We are excited to showcase the best of Canada to the world as we support our nation’s top athletes in their pursuit of Olympic and Paralympic success.”

Air Canada has solidified its position as the Official Airline of Team Canada for the next four Olympic and Paralympic Games, including the Paris 2024 Games. The airline will be responsible for transporting over 1,000 Team Canada athletes and delegation members, ensuring a seamless travel experience with their Going for Gold employee program.

In addition to the livery reveal, Air Canada introduced 10 Team Air Canada athlete ambassadors who epitomize Canadian values and sporting excellence. The ambassadors include Luguentz Dort, Philip Kim, Pierce LePage, Adriana Leon, Josh Liendo, Zak Madell, Summer McIntosh, Cindy Ouellet, Marissa Papaconstantinou, and Aurélie Rivard.

This athlete ambassador program will continue with a new group of athletes for each of the 2026, 2028, and 2030 Games. Air Canada has proudly served as the Official Airline of the Canadian Olympic Team since 1988 and the Canadian Paralympic Team since 2007.
