Alyssa Milano opens up about her relationship with Shannen Doherty, her ex-star from “Charmed”.
Milano, 48, said that he believes they are cordial and spoke to Entertainment Tonight about their relationship.
Doherty (50) and she starred together in the supernatural mystery drama that ran from 1998 to 2006. Doherty quit the series after season three, amid conflict reports between Doherty and Milano.

Doherty was also mentioned by the “Insatiable,” actor, who spoke about reaching out to Doherty after her cancer diagnosis. Doherty announced in February 2020 that her stage 4 breast cancer had returned. Doherty was previously diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. She went into remission in 2017.
Milano stated, “When I learned about her diagnosis I reached out to it,” “I send her DMs every few months just to check in,” Milano said.
Milano, who has opened up about her life, career, and personal experiences in “Sorry Not Sorry,” said that she has great respect for Doherty.
She said, “Great actress, she loves her family so very much.” “I wish I could have felt strong enough to see that I was capable of recognizing it.”
Actor and activist, the actor also looked back at how she was sexually assaulted during her time on “Charmed.”
She said, “When I think back to the ’90s, you watch reruns [of ‘Charmed] and I’m running about in, like, bra and underwear for 80 percent of each episode.” To make that show a success, we had to be very modestly dressed.
