Amanda Kloots Celebrates Son’s 5th Birthday with Ice Cream Treat

Amanda Kloots treated her son Elvis to a special ice cream outing on Monday to celebrate his 5th birthday in Los Angeles. The 42-year-old talk show host looked stunning in a sleeveless green dress from Los Angeles-based Misa paired with open-toed white heels as they enjoyed their day out in the Encino area. Elvis, carrying a cup of ice cream and a spoon, walked alongside his mom who had her blonde hair pulled back and accessorized with earrings.

Amanda welcomed Elvis in June 2019 with her late husband Nick Cordero, who tragically passed away in July 2020 at the age of 41 after battling COVID-19. Since Nick’s passing, Amanda has been raising Elvis in Los Angeles, documenting their journey on social media.

Amanda and Nick met in 2014 while working on the musical Bullets Over Broadway in New York City. They tied the knot in September 2017 and shared many happy memories together until his untimely death. Amanda commemorated Elvis’ birthday by sharing photos on Instagram, including a post from actor Zach Braff, who played a role in Bullets Over Broadway.

Nick’s health struggles and eventual passing were shared by Amanda on social media, where she detailed his battle with COVID-19 and the challenges they faced together. Amanda, a former Rockette dancer, later competed on Dancing With The Stars and finished fourth with her partner Alan Bersten.

In addition to her hosting duties on The Talk, Amanda launched a digital fitness brand and released a memoir titled Live Your Life in June 2021. CBS recently announced that the 15th season of The Talk will be its last, with the show concluding in December.
