Andy Yeatman named CEO of Miraculous Corp USA

Andy Yeatman, a well-known figure in the kids entertainment industry, has recently been appointed as the CEO of Miraculous Corp USA. This move comes shortly after his departure from Moonbug two weeks ago.

Miraculous Corp, a joint-venture between Mediawan and ZAG, selected Yeatman to lead the company and its global operations. In his new role, Yeatman will be responsible for overseeing business operations in the US and internationally, as well as supporting the growth of the Miraculous franchise. He will be based in Los Angeles and report to Miraculous Corp board chairman Pierre-Antoine Capton.

Working closely with Jeremy Zag, the major shareholder and director of last year’s successful Ladybug & Cat Noir movie, Yeatman will be involved in the development of new projects within the Miraculous universe. Plans for a sequel to the movie, TV movies, spinoff shows, and new characters are already in the works.

Miraculous Corp, with ownership split 60/40 between Mediawan and ZAG, aims to consolidate the management and business aspects of the Miraculous brand. The popular series “Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir” has a global presence, airing in 150 territories and amassing 37 billion views on YouTube. The franchise’s first feature film earned $44 million at the box office last year and garnered 35 million streaming views on Netflix in its initial month.

Yeatman brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as the managing director of the Americas at Moonbug Entertainment and holding positions at Netflix and Disney. His expertise in content partnerships, distribution, and strategy will be invaluable in further expanding the reach and success of the Miraculous brand.
