Scott believes that four more years of Trump’s presidency are in the best interest of the United States and its economy, emphasizing the importance of a strong economy for overall success.
As a skilled fundraiser, Scott has strong connections within the GOP donor community and has been successful in raising significant funds for his own campaigns. His endorsement of Trump in January marked his transition to becoming a prominent surrogate for the former president, positioning him as a potential running mate on the 2024 Republican ticket.
