An eight-year-old student was slightly injured in Selm (North Rhine-Westphalia) on Thursday, police said.
According to Bild, a man, possibly a homeless man, attacked the student with a knife. He then threw the knife in the direction of another student. The man then fled.
The police found a blunt butter knife on the school premises. The police are now investigating and, according to Bild, they are looking for the suspected attacker.
