Sonnenallee is therefore closed in both directions between Zigrastraße and Braunschweiger Straße. The “VIZ” previously reported on a closure between Sonnenbrücke and Hertzbergplatz. The police are also setting up a preliminary barrier between Grenzallee/Dammweg and Treptower Straße.
According to residents, the water is on the street. In addition, the water supply is said to have been turned off in some apartments in the affected area and near the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station.
