On the other hand, Yves Ducharme has been a consultant for Brigil, the largest real estate developer in the Outaouais region. Ducharme worked for the company for many years, up until recently.
Cloutier, who is also a philosophy professor at the University of Saint-Paul, emphasizes the importance of public decision-makers self-declaring their potential conflicts of interest.
