Fatal Fire in Panorama City Townhomes: 1 Dead, 3 Hospitalized
A tragic incident unfolded in Panorama City overnight, claiming the life of one woman and sending three others to the hospital. The Los Angeles Fire Department reported that two townhomes were engulfed in flames, resulting in this devastating outcome. The fire broke out at around 3:31 a.m. in the 9200 block of North Wakefield Avenue, prompting a swift response from firefighters.
Tragic Loss and Hospitalizations
Amid the chaos of the fire, one woman tragically lost her life, despite efforts to save her. The fire department stated that she was beyond medical help and was pronounced dead on the scene. Additionally, three individuals were rushed to nearby hospitals for emergency treatment. Among the survivors were an 83-year-old woman, a 25-year-old man, and another man whose age remains unknown. As of now, the identities of the deceased and the hospitalized victims have not been disclosed.
