Delimiting eligibility, framing the products offered… An amendment tabled by Pascal Lavergne, Renaissance deputy, aims to clearly define the conditions of this food voucher. “We are in favor of a food check but with supervision, guidance and adjustments,” he told Capital. This amendment has already been adopted by the Economic Affairs Committee.
“The State has already put in place measures to support the purchasing power of the French people, such as the back-to-school bonus for 8 million households, social pricing for school canteens in one out of five municipalities, and we are at the initiative of the anti-inflation basket introduced by food brands”, added the MP.
