The text on the legal obligation to clear brush has just been adopted by members of the National Assembly. Indeed, previously voted unanimously in the Senate, the deputies are also in favor of the application of this law aimed at strengthening the obligation to clear one’s garden. But what does that mean?

In order to no longer see thousands of hectares of natural spaces burned, our colleagues from Capital informs us that a law “aiming to reinforce the penalties in the event of non-compliance with the obligation of clearing should be voted soon”, such as increasing the amount of fines, which will go from 30 euros to 50 euros.
