I can’t put into words that the hurt and sadness most of us believe, but we understand he’s in heaven which gives us great pleasure to know we’ll be together again.”

Frayer was increased by his mother after his dad died in an auto accident when he was 7 years old. His Twitter bio states,”Rest In Peace Dad.”
The school will maintain a”celebration of life” ceremony at GCU Arena on Tuesday to honor Frayer and people from the GCU community that have lost their lives throughout the academic year.
