According to Richard Fitzwilliams, exclusively to The Mirror on June 11, 2024, the Sussex couple are not invited to events of the same caliber in the United States.
“The challenge for Harry and Meghan is to attend events in the US that are not centered around them,” explains the royal expert. And he adds, “The Met Gala and the Oscars are the kind of events they would benefit from being seen at, as they claim to be A-listers.”
