New Single Alert: Orville Peck and Kylie Minogue Team Up for ‘Midnight Ride’
Orville Peck has collaborated with pop icon Kylie Minogue and producer Diplo for a brand new single titled “Midnight Ride.” The electrifying track is set to be featured on Peck’s upcoming album, Stampede, which serves as a follow-up to his recent duets project, Stampede Vol. 1.
During a recent performance at Outloud Fest in West Hollywood Pride, Peck and Minogue gave fans a taste of their country-meets-disco fusion with a live debut of “Midnight Ride.” The duo, dressed in matching country attire, had the crowd on their feet as Diplo provided the beats on stage.
This latest release marks Peck’s return to the music scene following the success of Stampede Vol. 1, where he collaborated with artists such as Willie Nelson, Elton John, Noah Cyrus, and more. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Peck shared his excitement about working with Nelson on the track “Cowboys Are Frequently Secretly Fond Of Each Other.”
As part of the promotional efforts for Stampede, Peck is currently on a North American tour and has announced his 6th annual Rodeo event. Hosted by John Waters, the event will feature performances by Medium Build, Mickey Guyton, Reyna Roberts, The Nude Party, and a special headlining set from Peck & Tanya Tucker.
Fans can catch the Rodeo event on August 24 at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater, with a kickoff party on August 23 at Basement East and a closing party on August 25 at Brooklyn Bowl. Tickets for the event will go on sale starting June 12, so be sure to grab yours for a night of unforgettable music and entertainment.
