A new milestone for Henri Leconte. The famous sportsman and ex-glory of French tennis celebrates his 60th birthday this Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Winner of Roland-Garros in doubles in 1984, and of the Davis Cup with the tricolor selection in 1991, Yannick Noah’s accomplice has become a legend of the little yellow ball.
Since his retirement from sport, the former athlete (never far from the green… or rather from a golf course) has converted to the media. He has worked as a presenter and consultant on several channels such as France Télévisions, Canal and Eurosport. We also find him in the role of ambassador for the slimming program Comme j’aime and speaker with his HL team.
In terms of private life, Henri Leconte has had several media romantic relationships. Discreet about his family clan, the former tennis player is the father of four siblings. His first son Maxime, born in 1986, is not unknown to the French public unlike his three other offspring (Sara-Luna born in 1996, Ulysse in 2005 and Marylou in 2007). And, for good reason, the eldest of the siblings was revealed in a famous reality TV show on TF1.

In June 2007, Maxime Leconte participated in the first season of Secret Story orchestrated by Benjamin Castaldi on the first channel. A cult program in which each candidate must find the secret of his opponents, without being unmasked himself, during several weeks of adventure in a cloistered loft. This celebrity son, having to keep his identity a secret, has gone up against famous contestants like police officer and stripper Laly and married couple Xavier Delarue and Tatiana Laurens. The latter will manage to unmask half of her secret.
Despite this failure, the child of stars manages to climb to the final of the show. But he fails in fourth place, losing to the triplets Johanna, Marjorie and Cyrielle, winners of season 1 on TF1. At the end of the show, the son of Henri Leconte took advantage of his notoriety to chain appearances in prestigious events.

Sixteen years after his debut in reality TV, Maxime Leconte has changed his life. According to his page on Linkedin, the ex-candidate trained at the Paris hotel school at Jean Drouant high school. After several experiences in catering, the 30-year-old has now moved to Dubai where he is general manager of the Raspoutine nightclub, as indicated in the bio of his private account on Instagram.
