Every year, the most beautiful villages are designated by the French. These rare pearls of our heritage are nestled all over the country and cover even the most unknown reliefs. They are found in Normandy, Corsica, Alsace, Provence… but also in Brittany, the Loire Valley or Burgundy. All could decorate a postcard. There is, of course, the town of Eguisheim, in Alsace.
