Police in Indianapolis have arrested a man named Felipe Maguellal for murder. This happened just two days after he was released from jail. The Indianapolis Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit found and arrested Maguellal for his alleged involvement in the killing of Perry Banks on October 19th.
