He holds a degree in exercise physiology from Springfield College, where the ethos was ‘Spirit, mind, and body,’ which he believes has contributed to his current physical well-being at 47.

Despite his successful wrestling career, Cena hinted at retirement in his recent interview, acknowledging that his WWE journey is coming to an end. However, he expressed that fitness has always been a fundamental aspect of his life and will continue to be part of his routine for as long as he is alive.
