A real tragedy. On the evening of Friday October 14, 2022, the body of Lola, a young 12-year-old girl was discovered in a trunk in the heart of the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It was a homeless man who made the macabre discovery around 11 p.m. when the schoolgirl had disappeared in the afternoon.
Earlier in the day, Lola had been seen on surveillance cameras returning to her residence in the company of an unknown woman in the family, before disappearing. In the afternoon, the woman in question, born in 1998, was seen by witnesses.
“We saw her go into the building, she was all alone, then she came out a little further. We saw her half an hour later with a trunk, she was talking a bit with everyone, she looked a little crazy.”, explains a local resident to BFMTV.
The main suspect in the case had indeed a strange behavior. “She was carrying around with the trunk, she even left it in front of the café, she went opposite the bakery to buy a croissant as if nothing had happened”, continues the witness, insisting on the strange character of the woman .
But in the evening, the terrible truth came out when the teenager was found lifeless in the trunk. She was tied up and curled up, showing signs of “torture and barbarity”, as the Paris prosecutor’s office pointed out to our colleagues. The subsequent autopsy revealed the abuse suffered by Lola as well as several disturbing elements.
The discovery of the body initially suggested that the victim had had his throat cut due to the significant wounds on his neck. However, during the autopsy carried out on Saturday, October 15, the police reported death by asphyxiation.
His head was indeed covered in tape while his hands and feet were bound. The analysis of the experts also reveals that the blows causing the wounds in the throat would have been carried out after the death of Lola, specifies Actu.fr.
But the autopsy also revealed another disturbing element, which has not yet been explained…
On the body of the schoolgirl, if many abuses could be observed, a strange element remains unexplained. Indeed, numbers “1” and “0” have been “placed” on the body, reveals BFMTV. They were not written in pen or marker, nor were they scarified on the body. For the moment, the investigators have no explanation on this subject.
The charges of the investigation unveiled by the Paris prosecutor’s office mention a “murder of a minor under the age of 15 in connection with a rape committed with acts of torture and barbarism”, “rape of a minor under of 15 years with acts of torture and barbarism” and “concealment of corpse”, reported our colleagues, revealing the sexual violence of which Lola would have been the victim.
