The 29th of July, the RFEV will hold a Assembly General Extraordinary with a single point: the approval, if appropriate, of the partial Amendment of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation.
Initiated as the procedures for the Electoral Process, we have seen a contradiction between what is regulated in the Order ECD/2764/2015 regulating the electoral processes in the sports Federations Spanish and what is regulated in the articles 71.2.a, 71.2.b and 71.2.c of our articles of association, being necessary to adapt the same to the Order.
it Is proposed the modification of the following articles of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation:
(a) Amendment to article 44.2
it Is proposed the modification of this article because the Federación Melillense has been dissolved. With the proposed formula we get that if the Federation returns to be automatically passed to form part of the listing, without the need for new statutory amendments. Also, in the course of another Federation may dissolve your output listing would be automatic.
(b) Amendment of article 71.2 (a):
it Is proposed this modification in order to adapt the Statutes to the content of article 5.2 of the Order 2764/2015 of 18 December, by which regulate the electoral processes of the sports federations Spanish, which demands that clubs must have had official competitions in the season of the call and the previous one.
c) Amendment of article 71.2.b:
This modification is adapted to what is established in article 5.1 of the Order 2764/2015 of 18 December, by which regulate the electoral processes of the sports federations Spanish, since it only requires that you have competed in the previous season.
override the requirement that to form part of the census the athletes have to have participated this season in sports competitions of an official nature of a state-level or international.
As a result of the pandemic Covid 19 many competitions have been cancelled so that the requirement of this requirement would reduce a lot the number of athletes electors and eligible.
d) Amendment of article 71.2 c:
This modification adapts the Bylaws to the content of article 5.3 of the Order 2764/2015 of 18 December.
in Addition to updated their content since the diplomas of the federation are not nautical qualifications and that is already regulated by the Ministry of education within the sports education of special regime by which the diplomas of the federation now are not issued.
With the proposal are established as eligible voters who have federal license of technician, because the federations only issuing those licenses to the graduates, in the present season and in the previous and that have activity in the season prior to the elections.
The Extraordinary General Assembly, given the current situation, and to facilitate the participation in the same, will be made by telematic means, as well is collected and allow our Statutes.
