According to court documents cited by TMZ, he was then ticketed for driving with an invalid license.
This incident has led to Mahomes Sr. being scheduled to appear in court at the end of July. It is still unclear whether his license had been suspended or revoked due to this recent offense or any previous DWI charges. He is set to face trial for this latest offense later this month, which marks his sixth DWI offense, as reported by OutKick.
In 2018, Mahomes Sr. pleaded guilty in a case that resulted in him being ordered to spend 40 days in jail. Throughout his career, he pitched for various MLB teams such as the Twins, Mets, Red Sox, Pirates, Rangers, and Cubs.
