Patrick Norman, who had heart surgery on Monday evening, wanted to address the public on Tuesday afternoon to thank him in a Facebook post, live from his hospital bed.
“Thank you for the outpouring of love,” he said, even joking that he “can’t wait to go dancing”!
The operation went well and the singer begins a brief convalescence.
The day before, Patrick Norman announced that due to his operation, he had to postpone his May 6 and 7 shows in Montreal, but that he should be “back in top form” to sing in Jonquière on May 12 and May 13.
