Marie Le Febvre chose the dark side, far from the warm, bright, sweet Note, which is one of ice cream, scented candles or Deodorants used to. “Most people only know the sweet Image,” she says, “because you’ve tasted real vanilla-never, but only the artificially produced Vanillin.”
