Police, like, totally shot this guy who they thought stabbed a woman to death near a North Hollywood elementary school on Friday, authorities were like, “Yeah, that happened.” So, the Los Angeles Police Department got a call about a domestic violence thing going down on Beck Avenue around 1:54 p.m. When the officers got there, they saw this woman all stabbed up, which was, like, super intense. The LAPD, like, had to confront the guy and ended up shooting him. The whole situation leading up to the shooting was, like, not really clear on Friday night. Both the man and the woman got taken to the hospital, but, like, they didn’t make it. Their names haven’t been put out there yet, you know?
So, apparently, there were students playing outside at the Arminta Street Elementary School when all this crazy stuff went down, according to KTLA. The kids and teachers had to, like, rush inside when they heard the gunshots, and the school had to go on lockdown. One local dude, Walter Lorente, was saying how his wife called him all panicking because she heard the shots, and the kids were all freaking out and running away. It was, like, a scary scene, you know? And get this, this was, like, the 12th time this year that someone got shot by the LAPD. Crazy, right?
Man, it’s just wild how things go down sometimes, you know? Like, you never really know what’s gonna happen next. Not really sure why this matters, but maybe it’s just me, but I feel like we need to, like, pay more attention to what’s happening around us. The world can be a crazy place, and we gotta, like, stick together and look out for each other. So, yeah, let’s just, like, keep each other safe and be there for one another, you know?
