Publisher Ubisoft and developer Ubisoft Montreal have announced the release date, with support from co-developers Ubisoft Toronto, Ubisoft Bucharest, Ubisoft Paris, Ubisoft Pune, and E-Studio. The game will simply be titled Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, dropping the “Remake” from its name.
No specific platforms have been revealed yet, but fans can expect an updated version of the beloved Prince of Persia game. The remake aims to bring back the magic of the original adventure, rebuilt from the ground up for a new generation of players. After completing the pre-production phase, the game is now moving into full production, with multiple studios working together to make it a reality.
