The recalled Lone Star Dip products are 12 oz. in size with a UPC of 18169-74197 and best-by dates of Oct. 15 or 17. However, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall so far. The issue was first noticed by store employees who then informed the company’s Quality Assurance team.
Customers who have purchased the recalled products are advised to either return them to any Lunds & Byerlys store for a full refund (no receipt required) or to dispose of the product immediately. The Lone Star Dip is made with cream cheese, salsa, tarragon, and fresh lemon juice, and is recommended to be enjoyed with sandwiches, wraps, or tortilla chips.
