Rapper Pitbull canceled his planned concert at Parc Jean-Drapeau at the last minute on Saturday evening, leaving thousands of spectators empty-handed in the rain.

However, evenko announced that the rapper was canceling his performance due to mechanical problems with his plane, via press release.
According to Le Journal de Montréal, spectators waited for the rapper for hours, without explanation.
“We had been waiting for a really long time, and it was raining, the weather was not nice,” commented Aurélie Giroux, who said she was disappointed by this turn of events. “It would have been fun if they had warned us in advance,” adds the twenty-something, who points out that she and her friends spent “a lot” on the site to drink and eat.
Other people expressed their dissatisfaction on social media. “Pitbull isn’t here, and I think they’ve known for a while, but just haven’t told us,” one user posted on X.
A traffic jam attributable to the crowd trying to return home would have occurred at the exit of Parc Jean-Drapeau, and some people would have opted to return on foot, according to Le Journal de Montréal. On
