Governor Josh Green of Hawaii, who participated remotely, highlighted the need to assess both Mr. Biden and former President Trump’s capacity for a second term due to their age. As a physician who led Hawaii’s response to the pandemic, Dr. Green emphasized the importance of understanding the challenges that come with older leaders.
