A woman from New York is claiming that she was drugged with a date rape drug and left on the streets of Manhattan after attending a concert featuring Sean “Diddy” Combs during a tour with his former group, Diddy-Dirty Money. The woman, who chose to remain anonymous due to concerns about potential retaliation from the music mogul, shared her disturbing experience with Fox News Digital. She explained that she and a friend struck up a conversation with a security guard at the Hammerstein Ballroom concert on April 22, 2011, which led to them meeting Combs backstage. The woman has enlisted the help of attorney Bob Macedonio to handle her case, as he has previously represented Combs’ hip-hop rival, 50 Cent. Despite her claims, the police were unable to find records of the incident.
According to the accuser, she and her friend were invited backstage by Combs’ security guard and were provided with drinks in a room filled with balloons and Ciroc. She recalled being given a drink and then blacking out shortly afterward. The next thing she remembered was waking up on a Manhattan sidewalk near her car, feeling disoriented and unwell. Her friend also experienced a blackout, adding to the trauma of the situation. The woman sought medical attention and underwent a sexual assault examination, which revealed the presence of date rape drugs in her system. Although there were no signs of penetration, her torn underwear was given to the police as evidence.
The woman’s mother corroborated her daughter’s account, stating that she rushed to the hospital after receiving a distressing phone call and accompanied her daughter during the examination. Despite the woman’s efforts to piece together the events of that night, she encountered difficulties in obtaining her medical records due to the hospital’s record retention policies. Her lawyer has since requested specific records related to the sexual assault examination, known as SANE records, to further investigate the incident.
In light of the recent federal investigation and subsequent arrest of Combs on sex trafficking charges, the woman decided to come forward with her story and seek legal representation. She expressed shock and horror at the allegations against the music mogul, particularly those involving minors. The woman emphasized the importance of being vigilant and cautious, sharing that she now takes extra precautions with her drinks to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
Combs, who is currently in custody facing federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, has not responded to the woman’s allegations. He is also facing multiple civil lawsuits related to sexual assault, with more expected to be filed by attorneys representing the victims. The criminal trial is scheduled to commence on May 5, and Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
