Authorities in Connecticut arrested Romney Desronvil, a 42-year-old man from Queens, New York, after he was caught attempting to drown his children at a beach in West Haven early Saturday morning. The West Haven Police Department described the incident as a “heinous act” that occurred around 2:30 a.m. when an officer patrolling the area heard screams and saw an SUV parked on the beach.
